Optimally Pure Water For Low Volume Applications
The FloClear RO-Series is a compact, self-contained, advanced membrane separation system. The FloClear RO-Series utilizes advanced selective rejection membranes to produce a large amount of optimized purity water relative to its size. The standard membrane provides 90-95% rejection of feedwater contaminants with virtually all of the hardness minerals rejected. The system also removes foul tastes, odors, scale-causing minerals, chlorine, chlorides, sulfates and many other contaminants, yet leaves a trace of minerals to prevent the problems associated with very pure water with little or no conductivity. (e.g. RO, distilled or deionized water.)
Unique, compact design with large storage capacity makes this system ideal for many small commercial, industrial and lab applications. An ideal application for the FCRO-Series is in the graphic arts industries, where hardness and alkalinity can cause real problems with chemistries used in the printing processes. Another ideal application includes the foodservice industry for steamers, espresso machines, ice-machines, proofers and ovens that experience water related failures due to lime-scale build-up. This system will remove virtually all of the scaling minerals without adding anything to the water.
Pump driven for reliable performance under any conditions. The FloClear RO-Series utilizes a pump to feed the selective rejection membranes to provide up to 62 gallons of optimized purity water/day*. The small, efficient diaphragm pump boosts the line pressure between 10 – 60 psi allowing a tank full shut-off of 100 psi. The unique design incorporates the storage tank, pump, membrane and prefilters into one assembly allowing for a very quick and easy installation.

FloClear RO Features & Benefits
Self-Contained Design – No wall mount or multiple pieces to install, minimizes costs and time. Minimal space required. Easy to relocate in a changing environment.
Selective Rejection Membranes – A choice of membranes allows removal of the chemicals and minerals in the water that are detrimental to the equipment. Different types of membranes including RO are available for different applications.
High Efficiency, High Flow Booster Pump – Ensures maximum production independent of feed water pressure. Low energy consumption and run-dry capability provides a reliable, cost-efficient pump with the ability to take abuse.
Simple Installation – Literally takes only a few minutes to install, enabling the user the flexibility to move to different locations. Reduces installation costs, minimizing initial investment.
Low-Voltage Operation – Everything under the cover is 24 VAC for lower operating and service costs plus increased safety.
Provides Water with Near Zero Hardness – Eliminates the scaling potential of water while leaving trace minerals for optimal results. Choice of membranes makes it ideal for a broad range of water characteristics and/or applications.
