The FloClear® D-06 was the first upgrade to the original D-02 unit. Due to customer feedback and demand we added a small CPU with LCD display as well as modified the pump configuration to give the customer some informational feedback. This model is equipped to shut the unit off for either a high pressure fault or a low pressure fault and alert the user.

Should such a fault occur, the LCD Screen advises the customer to check the filters or check the dampening reservoir. The same 3 completely unique and different stages of filtration media will filter the contamination of the fount solution well below 1 micron. With the improved CPU, we are also able to offer a splitter option that will allow the FloClear unit to operate on 2 central dampening units simultaneously. *** Utilizing the splitter will only work in very isolated scenarios or circumstances where there are two central dampening units that are located very close together where a line can be run on the floor no more than 15 feet in either direction so that the splitter can alternate between the central dampening reservoir at time intervals between 3 and 30 minutes. This specific application has a timer on the D-06 that the operator can choose the interval time between the two dampening units. This application also requires that the each press is using the exact same fountain solution.

In utilizing the splitter, a single FloClear will be operating two presses and the Return on investment will be that much faster. Please consult your nearest authorized distributor or call FloClear® to inquire if your company is a candidate for such an application / installation.
