The FloClear® constantly recirculates the fountain solution through a unique, multistage filtration system that separates all of the contaminants out of the fountain solution while leaving the critical ingredients in. All particulate matter including colloidal and sub-colloidal are removed. This unique process can virtually eliminate fountain solution dumps and extend the life of the fountain solution to as much as six months or more.

FloClear can be installed to operate with any central chiller that is on the market today. Therefore this is something that can be an “add on” to any NEW press configuration utilizing a central dampening system—OR— RETROFITTED to any press that has a central chiller. FloClear can also be added to any central chiller that is operating multiple presses wit the same fountain solution—thereby ensuring there is NO longer CROSS CONTAMINATION.
