The FloClear RO-Series is a compact, self-contained, advanced membrane separation system utilizing advanced selective rejection membranes to produce a large amount of optimized purity water relative to its size. The membrane provides 90-95% rejection of feedwater contaminants with virtually all of the hardness minerals rejected removing foul tastes, odors, scale-causing minerals, chlorine, chlorides, sulfates and many other contaminants.
The FloClear® Compact Series is the newest line of dampening filtration equipment created by the team of engineers at FloClear®. This dampening solution filtration system delivers similar performance to our premium models, but with lower initial cost.
Fountain solution recycling with a similar footprint and operation to the D-06 Compact, but designed specifically for the larger and faster web offset presses.
The FloClear® HS Series was designed to bridge the gap in fountain solution filtration systems between the 6-color 29” press up to a 6-color 40” press.
Although this is the least expensive model that FloClear offers, we did not sacrifice the features that make our units successful and operational friendly.
The FloClear® FS Series shrinks the footprint as much as possible without compromising optimum dampening solution filtration performance.
The FloClear D-06 was the first upgrade to the original D-02 fountain solution filter. The unit includes a small CPU with LCD display and modified pump configuration.
The D-02 is the first and original model that FloClear LLC brought to the market in 2003 and was the winner of the 2004 GATF Intertech award.
