The Original FloClear® D-02 Model
The D-02 is the first and original model that FloClear LLC brought to the market in 2003. It was the winner of the 2004 GATF Intertech award and is the still the basis to which all subsequent and new models are manufactured. This model was made in both a 50Hz configuration for Europe and a 60Hz configuration for North America. This model ceased being manufactured at the end of 2008 and was replaced by the D-06. All replacement parts are available and complete technical support is available from your local distributor or FloClear L.L.C. Manufactured of heavy gauge stainless steel, FloClear is the only unit that offers 3 completely unique and different stages of filtration media that will filter the fount solution well below 1 micron.
Other companies have tried to imitate or suggest that they offer similar results, but there is not another unit that offers as much surface area, filtration of organics such as plate cleaners and other solvents, flow rate, or level of filtration that the FloClear unit does. Most other units only have a small pump and one or two various stages of filtration and do not have the capacity or the ability to continuously offer the same results, level of filtration or the ability to extend the usability of fount solution to the same extent that FloClear does.
Replacement Cartridge Information
Should you have any questions or inquiries about the replacement cartridges for any FloClear unit, please call your authorized FloClear dealer so that we can insure that you get optimal usage and performance from you unit. There are many companies that are trying to offer substitutes to our OEM filters, but FloClear will not be responsible for nor guarantee the operation of any unit that is not using original OEM parts.
