Our Dampening Solution system utilizes an advanced Dual Conductivity Monitoring process. Through our easy to navigate touch panel PLC interface we are able to not only measure and display the conductivity of the dampening solution being supplied to the press but we can also display and control the following:
- Alarms with settable limits for both High and Low conductivity.
- Monitoring of freshly mixed solution as it enters the Dampening Solution tank.
- Stop dosing if the fresh mix conductivity is outside of the range as defined by the operator.
- High Conductivity Reduction: When enabled, the Dampening Solution system will automatically dump a portion of the contaminated solution and replace it with fresh solution based on operator defined setpoints.

Remote Diagnostics
- With remote diagnostics enabled we are able to monitor and make necessary program changes to the unit without having to be at the physical location. This allows for extremely quick service response and allows us to send the appropriate technicians and parts should a service call be necessary.

FloClear Filtration
- Utilizes the patented 3 stage filtration technology to maintain the consistency of fountain solution such that fountain solution is much less of a variable of the printing process.
- Significantly extends the time between "dumping" of the fountain solution and reduces / eliminates maintenance of the recirculation system.
- Installed in a side-stream loop, fountain solution is continuously cycled at up to 15 gpm from the central tank, through the 3 stages of media and returned such that "real time" filtration is recognized.
- FloClear will NEVER shut down the press – even when cartridges need to be changed during operation.
Dual Conductivity Monitoring (Optional Dual PH monitoring available)
Power Drain / Manual Drain
- When the power drain function is activated the Dampening Solution system bypasses the press feed line and dumps the water through a designated drain line.
Seamless Internal Stainless Steel Pipe Work
- Great care and precision has gone into designing and constructing our combination system and we did not stop at the water plumbing. Instead of using cumbersome and unattractive PVC for our lines we have decided to build the entire unit using fully welded and polished stainless steel piping. Coupled with our sanitary quick connect fittings, pump and heat exchanger serviceability is a snap
Siemens Touch Panel Interface
- Allows the operator to quickly navigate the controller to access setpoints, readings, alarms, and other settings.
