How It Works
The FloClear® constantly recirculates the fountain solution through a unique, multi-stage filtration system that separates all of the contaminants out of the fountain solution while leaving the critical ingredients in. All particulate matter including colloidal and sub-colloidal are removed. This unique process can virtually eliminate fountain solution dumps and extend the life of the fountain solution to as much as six months or more.
Specifications and Applications
Application: Multi-Color Sheet-Fed Presses up to 12 color and small lower volume webs.
Model D-02 - The original. For use with central circulators.
Model D-06 - 2nd Generation with PLC Controller for use with central circulators.
Model D-06sp - 2nd Gen. with PLC Controller and Splitter that will serve two central circulator tanks. (Sheet Fed Presses)
Application: High Volume Webs, Large Format – High Volume Sheetfed Presses or Multiple Sheetfed presses on one circulator.
Model D-03 - For use with central circulators and presses that have above-average feedback.
Model D-07 - 2nd Generation with PLC Controller for use with central circulators and presses that have above-average feedback.
Model D-07sp - 2nd Gen. with PLC and Splitter for use with two central circulator tanks.
Systems can be adapted for use with virtually any press.
